Great and efficient service

<p>I have only recently joined Outsurance, the last 2 years and had an accident with my vehicle recently. I was most impressed with the quick efficient sevice I received from Outsurance.</p> <p>The vehicle was assessed quickly and payment was made with no hassle at all. I was kept informed without once having to call and ask about the progress of my claim. The vehicle was written off due to damage that was too expensive to repair.</p> <p>I received a call shortly after to inform me that they would claim the excess on my behalf, which they did. At the time I thought that I would probably not hear from the company again, but a few months later I received a call to say that the 3rd party claim was successful and they would deposit the full excess I oaid into my account, which of course was such a great bonus.</p> <p>Thank you Outsurance for a truly professional, great and honest service. Its good to know that company`s go the extra mile, which is seldom seen these days:)</p> <p> </p>
