Great and easy claims process

I have a pet policy with OUTsurance. I took my beloved dog Kevin for his annual inoculations and check up. This I did on a Friday afternoon. I went onto the OUTsurance application on my phone outside the vets office and was able to submit the routine care claim there and then, in my car and before I arrived home. Monday morning first thing I received a notification that the claim was settled. That is what I am used to when I deal with OUTsurance, awesome, world class service.
