I have decided to cancel my policy with outsurance. I have been a client of Outsurance for over 4 years and paid a fair amount of premiums over to them and having 1 claim in these 4 or so years and 1x 3 year outbonus paid to me as promised. My claim was processed and hassle free with no inconvenience to myself. The 3rd party jewellery manufacturer in EL was first class.

I have decided to cancel because i have a local broker whom i would like to use.

That said, i would like to commend Outsurance on my last 4 years with them. I would recommend them anyday of the week. Truly a good insurer to do business with.
