Grateful for Outsurance

I was rear-ended by guys racing on Witkoppen on Friday night, 16th May. Outsurance were phenomenal from the minute I hit SOS on the app. The care I received on the night, from making sure the tow truck driver was approved, to just the beautiful calming words ... Avril was amazing!

The claim team, Trevashin and Zandile, who handled my claim, were incredibly empathetic and ensured that everything was handled as quickly and easily as possible. Naz from the salvage department was also absolutely amazing.

Lesego from the legal claims department feels like she's fast becoming my new best friend. We have had almost daily interactions as we work our way through claiming back from the other guy's insurance.

I am blown away by the kindness, care, and compassion shown by everyone I've interacted with during this awful event.
