Got my annual premium review discounted and excellent service as per usual. I've been with OUTsurance for almost 20 years and have always had excellent service. The call centre staff are amazing! Courteous, friendly and go out of their way to assist you with your queries. I also had to use the roadside assist feature for the first time this year to tow my vehicle. They were there within 5 minutes of my emergency request via the app and waited patiently for someone to fetch my horse trailer before loading my vehicle on the truck. This happened on a Sunday.
