Got Excess Paid back

My son was in a car accident. The other driver did not have a drivers license. My son being under 25 had a much larger excess that we had to pay. Lienkie managed to get the other party to pay back our excess in full. This all happened within 2 weeks of the accident. I would like to thank everyone involved including the call centre operator Mary who original took our call for the claim. Very efficient and great attitudes all round.
