Good work ethic

Got a quote from outsurance for my car insurance and spoke to a Bernice Pretorius and it was a very pleasant call considering that these insurance calls are a misery. She made me comfortable and we where laughing through out, felt more like a conversation with a mate and I didn't even realise the time, it was over before I even knew it. The only reason I didn't give this service a 5 is because outsurance advertise thr whole "if we can't beat your current insurance we will give R400 and if you havn't had a claim in 3 years they will double that" and this was an offer not made to me and there was explanation as to why they couldn't beat my insurance. If you going to advertising it then offer it otherwise thats false advertising.
