Good value returned to customers, but is the R400 really free?

<p>I called Outsurance a few days ago, hoping to get a better deal for my car insurance.</p> <p>I did a quote with a good consultant but unfortunately, they could not beat my current car insurance.</p> <p>Luckily i remembered that Outsurance pays customers R400 should they not beat their premiums.</p> <p> </p> <p>One thing I am so concerned about is Outsurance asking customers to send them their confidential details of their Insurance Competitors. I was asked to send my current insurer's Policy schedule? Is this fair or just a trick for Outsurance to expand its market share at the expense of other insurers?</p> <p> </p>
