Good telephonic service

I called regarding a quote and spoke to Xavier Loubser. He was friendly, courteous and professional, a pleasure to speak with through what is normally a painful process. His feedback was quick and accurate. Xavier assisted me as best as he could but in the end, OUTsurance's premium was simply too high so I did not switch insurers.
