Good Service on the Roadside

I would just like to take 2 minutes to thank Lorenzo for the help when I was stuck on the side of the road. Called Outsurance had amazing, fast and efficient service. If Outsurance had a whole company of people like him they would be great. Although I 1st spoke to someone by the name of Sydney and he is not near the standard of service that Lorenzo gave. Welldone Lorenzo!!!
