Good service form OUTsurance

I got the best service from OUTsurance for the second time today, firstly from Thapelo Baloi, he was awesome, Miway gave me a call and offered me a lower premium than what OUTsurance was currently offering, I was obviously happy and convinced, I called in and was tranfered to Felicial Naidoo the senior consultant at Out..., my God, she made sure I stay with outsurace by just telling me the truth and obivously being persuasive, I found out through her that Miway had hidden cost I will have to pay if I should claim with 3 month, and other penalties, I called them and found out it was true, I cancelled my policy with them after questioning them, and I now thank her for saving me lots of stress and money, thumps up OUTsurance, the truth will set you free,

I don't like the fact that Miway transfers calls to other insurance companies becomes they can listen in the call like what happended today, my call had a caller ID, so they sort of have that recording, and this thing of putting in motion a policy before the other one is cancelled is bullsh*t, I now have to reverse my money as soon as they debit it, they are first sup****e to wait for me to cancel than inforce the contract, ai.
