OUTsurance looked after me when I had damage after the floods in Durban, great customer service.

31 Oct 2022, 11:32I tried moving car and contents insurance, unfortunately OUTsurance couldn’t beat my current premium and sent me a message to say they will email a link to get the R500/R1500 cash back, however, I have not received that email, didn’t get feedback in that regard when I emailed?
