Good service, but areas for improvement

<p>Received good service from Outsurance consultant, Reo Singh. She was very helpful and friendly in assisting me to get the best quote for my car insurance, especially considering I've never had comprehensive cover before. Prompt responses with regard e-mails and phoning me back to answer queries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Few areas for improvement (applicable to all insurance companies):</p> <p>- Do not say bad things about any other insurance company (very unprofessional); and</p> <p>- After providing an insurance quotation, do not phone the client every single day - If the client really wants your product, they will contact you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very much.</p>
