Good service annihilated by poor follow through

I had a really good experience with Ntsiki Makama who happily assisted me with a claim. I was not at fault and am claiming against the other party. Ntski had done a great job and gracefully handed my claim to Mpho Mavhetha That is unfortunately where the wheels seem to be falling off.<br> <br> The crux of the problem is that i need a car to replace my car when it goes in for repairs. My car needs to be in the panel beater on Monday and I don't have alternative transport to take my wife to work or go to work myself. I've been patient in this regard but this service is terrible. You can't leave a person hanging, especially when the accident wasn't even my fault. I can't wait around for a call and then not get any response and then still have to followup via email. If for some reason you are not able to help me then tell me that you can't help me and i will gladly do this myself. Make the effort to manage my expectations.<br> <br> I hate resorting to social media to complain but this situation has gone beyond my level of patience.
