Good service

I originally asked a saleslady for a car insurance quote. I received confirmation of cover for the car insurance but no paperwork stating what I would be paying for the car insurance cover, or a breakdown of what was included in the total. I then had to phone Outsurance back (phone calls take time and money) and I spoke to a Mr Rudi Schiff. He was patient and very clear in answering my questions. He apologised for his colleague and sent me the right paperwork. Thank you Rudi.
