<p>Today was officially one of the worst days in my families life. It started wonderful as Valentine's should, only to get a call later on to say we had a armed ******* at home.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got home to find a distraught domestic and wife, after 3 guys managed to get into my home by tricking my domestic, who was subsequently beat and tied up. My baby daughter running around through all the items lying on the floor after the ******* went through my house and tossed everything out. After dealing with the police, our security company and trauma counsellor, I decided to call Outsurance, my wife spoke to them while I dealt with the forensic team from the police. </p> <p> </p> <p>I must say that your claims agent was professional and sympathetic to our problem and tended to the matter professionally. I am very impressed and I would just like to thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now to wait and see what the outcome will be of our claim. Cause it's not nice walking into an empty home.
