I had a breakdown in City Deep and called outsurance for assistance. Gerard Govender was the operator and he really helped me feel at ease during the call. He called me right back and ensured I was save, the tow truck was there within minuets and the follow up call to make sure I have been helped was much appreciated. Thanks Gerard
