Good morning Kelsey, Thanks a million for your patience and assistance. It was nice to talk to you. It felt like talking to a friend. You are very clued up and competent in what you do. I think you have very good product knowledge that you are dealing with and you are good enough to be put in a leadership role so that you can transfer your skills and knowledge to the rest of the team which will make the Outsurance a better place to work for, attain targets/productivity and provide better services to the Clients.
