Good morning, from the moment I reported the accident to you things started to happen. The tow truck driver called me almost immediately and was soon on site loading the vehicle. Avis called shortly after and was very quicky at my home with a very nice Suzuki Swift and the paperwork was sorted quickly. I then got a call from the panel beaters to tell me my vehicle was on the way to their premises and that they would keep me updated on a regular basis. Through all this Outsurance kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was going smoothly. All in all Outsurance helped make a very scary situation bearable with their quick and extremely professional handling of my situation.
