Good insurance work

<p>Would like to thank Roxanne Campbell who works for Outsurance, in February 2016 I put a claim through whereby someone bumped my car in a parking lot. I took the individuals particulars. When Outsurance was trying to claim for the excess value from the guilty party he disappeared. With Roxanne's determination she finally trekked him down. Received email this morning from Roxanne stating Outsurance was going to refund the excess I had payed. Now that is good customer news, congrats to Outsurance and Roxanne.</p>
