Good experience! efficent and friendly!

I had an accident with my vehicle on my farm in McGregor.

From the moment I submitted the claim over the app, someone contacted me to explain the process. They were very friendly and clear about the next steps. Being out In Mcgregor meant things took slightly longer than normal but I did not feel like Outsurance delayed the process in anyway. Anytime I called someone answered and directed me to the right person.

I expected Outsurance to reach out and ask for more information, and pictures or even send an assessor to check my claim, as it was a rather unusual accident and circumstance. But they did not. They paid out, no questions asked, my full cover that the car was valued at (R131 000.00).

They organised everything from vehicle recovery and document delivery.

It was a very pleasant experience.
