Good day, our big AEG fridge stopped working after our huge storm and had no electricity for 6 days, when the power came on, the fridge refused! I co tacted outsurance and within 2 days the agent Rachel Twala had sorted out the claim ,she was pleasant, efficient and once again im impressed with outsurance. I've been with them for over 20 years and never ever had a problem
