Good day It was really not a good day to wake up to personal space being invaded and means of travel suspended while being a single mom and having to travel to work and school and back. What made the whole situation better was the way Lee-Ann and Outsurance handled the situation. She was friendly, professional and clear. The process was easy and could fit my schedule. It was handled and honored without any drama and endless discussions. I really do appreciate this and the service you guys offered.
