Good Day, I send a WhatsApp request to out surance on a Sunday afternoon. The Monday morning i receive a call from out surance. The guy that phoned me were very friendly and polite. He introduced him self and ask how can he be of help. I explain my situation regarding a quote that I need from him. He explained the whole process to me from A to Z regarding my quote. I was very happy with the quote he gave me and I could see this is a man that knows his products. I’m a pensioner and this is the first time in my life that I was assisted in such a manner. Thank you Out Surance for making life so easy for me as a pensioner. Regards D Fry
