Good day. I hope all is well. I would like to compliment Outsurance for their quick response to my claim. Jodi has been great in getting my claim sorted and submitted and followed through. She has also been staying in touch making sure that I am pleased. This is what service should be like. At the sametime; it relieves stress in terms of the ordeal that you are going through and often in our busy schedule; we don't have the time to run around. It is comforting to know that you are insured by an Organization that cares and takes the full burden away from their clients and making sure that they are satisfied.
