Good day. I have been a client with Outsurance since 2021 when my child past away in 2022 my claim was handled professionally and with dignity, the service I received from the agent was with so much human affection it made talking about death not just any death but 1 of a child so much bearable she handled my claim while comforting me. And again last year 2024 I had another claim for my late mother and got the excellent service again. Outsurance has really made dealing with the lost of a parent and child during the claiming period so much easier,because speaking with their agents over the phone really makes you feel as if you're speaking to family they're comforting ,while it is a business you can't miss the human affection and the dignity my claims has been dealt with.
