I would like to provide a review for the specialist on call, named Berenice Pretorius, for her outstanding service and attention to detail. I requested a call back from Berenice after she concluded a contract for car insurance for husband in the same month. She was pleasant to deal with, explaining in a way that was easy to understand, clear and concise. It is quite difficult to get a good sales person for insurance that is not arrogant to the customer. Berenice however has a very good attitude towards her own customers.
