Good customer service

I received one of the best customer service experiences from Gugu Skosana. I’ll be honest, I was already frustrated and ready to cancel some of my services after a disappointing experience with the initial consultant who didn’t assist me at all and completely wasted my time. I called back and then Gugu answered, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care completely shifted my perspective. Instead of cancelling, I ended up feeling heard and valued. Gugu is truly a gem, and I sincerely hope OUTsurance recognizes the incredible contribution she makes. She’s definitely a keeper!
