Good consistent service

<p>I initially did not want to claim on my own insurance policy, and decided to lodge a 3rd party claim against of insurance of the person, who bumper-bashed my car from behind. After battling 5 months with Hollard, they refused to pay because "I was 75% liable". I reverted to my own, loyal insurance policy at Outsurance who sorted the problem and repaired the car in two weeks. They even recouped the full damage from Hollard and returned my access payment to me. No arguments, no excuses - just sort out the problem. Consistent good service. </p>
