I really have to compliment Gerrard Nel for his professional and efficient service of recovering my excess from the third party for the accident that occurred in June 2017 - he kept me in the loop every time there was changes in the recovery of the excess until the final day when the recovery was made. He also contacted me to let me know that I should expect refund with 48hours of it being processed . Keep it up Gerrard - we need many like you
