Good but gave me a panelbeater who is not ready to work on me
Good but gave me a panelbeater who is not ready to work on me. He gave me a date which is still 2 weeks to come. My nakkie is used for business and now it can't be used.

Further to our acknowledgement of your feedback, we received feedback from our claims manager, confirming she contacted you.
She explained we need to make use of a manufacturer approved service provider. We are however requesting them for an earlier date for repairs, and an update will be provided to you as soon as possible.
