Telesales consultant seemed friendly and knowledgeable and was not pushy.

However I am still waiting for my quote to be emailed to me.

Also it seems that they try to make it seem that there's a manager that's going to give you a discount off your premium, which I do not believe. Just be upfront with the quoted prices.
