Good & also Terrible Experience

<p>I would firstly rate George Lekhabunyane for ensuring the R800.00 is paid(thumbs up), BUT as for his colleague, Ms. Zinziswa Radebe, I would give her the thumbs down. The call started out as a normal sale pitch, very friendly, caring. After 30minutes(not as 15min as advertised), when Ms Radebe could not match my current policy, this sale pitch became very aggressive. This was supposed to be a promotion about Outsurance & not a demotion of my current insurance company. I tried to tell her, in today economical time, saving is important, but she tried to pitch if something goes wrong in the future!! I suggest QA listen to this sale & then they will see the need for a re-training for Ms Radebe. She is a potential liability to your organisation.</p> <p>Moonsamy RK</p>
