The service was outstanding. It did not feel transactional but it was filled with a personal touch and we conversed in a relatable manner. We taught each other a few things. Kopano was customer centric and knowledgeable about the product which was being offered. She truly is a wonderful brand amabassador and she went the extra mile to make the experience effortless.
