I am a young professional currently completing my studies while working part-time and as I am coming into adulthood I naturally need to begin securing my belongings and assets. I put forward a request for a quote on insuring my laptop on a Sunday and the following morning received a call from Tiffany Oaks at OUTSurance.

Now I usually am quite reserved when it comes to telephone calls with insurance companies as everyone knows they always try their hardest to sell something to you even when you say no. However this time it was as if I was talking to a friend, Tiffany was kind, friendly and made me laugh a number of times throughout the phone call. She made sure I was informed and did not hesitate to repeat anything when I did not quite understand, which takes patience when someone knows nothing about insurance (me) . She was pleasant, upbeat and understanding of my position as someone who needs to insure my belongings but cannot afford high monthly rates.

She really went the extra mile to make sure that I left the phone call feeling good about who I chose to cover my belongings. I did not even want to compare with any other insurance companies, she was that good!

I believe she deserves a great review as very seldom do you come across someone who is trying to sell you something who never frustrates you for a second of your time.

I feel I am in good hands with OUTsurance, and will most likely pursue them in future, provided I get her to manage all my insurance!
