Going the extra mile

Its the second time that I've been assisted by Mr Suren Bunsee from outsurance. The first was a hijacking claim (about a month ago)and now an accident claim. Outsurance definitely needs more staff like Mr Bunsee. He was very polite and friendly. He was also very hands on. I would just like to commend him on his professional assistance both times. Any company would do better with staff like him. Well done and keep up the good service
