Going the extra mile

<p>An Outsurance consultant opted to give me advice as oposed to selling me a product and was more prepared to assist in this regard in his own time. I needed a comprehensive cover for my car at a reasonable amount and got not only advice but a good deal. I contacted their service center close to end of business day and thought that return call will not come through but got a whole lot more than a return call - a great deal delivered through the best custormer service I have ever had; thanx Isaiah Maponya your custormer service was exceptional!!!</p>
