going the extra mile

I insured a 3rd vehicle and tried getting the maximum discount on the vehicle which was provided however i was not happy with the premium.The consultant assisted me and then transferred me to Juan JUAN ENGELBRECHT who then assited me,Juan was superb as he reduced my premiums on my other 2 vehicles which was more than satisfactory.It took him a few minutes and he made sure i was happy with the reduction.Awesome service Juan and outsurance,this makes me proud to be insured by Outsurance
