Going the extra mile!!

I've haven't used Hellopeter in years, but I must really commend Marthinus Van Rooyen for his conduct and professionalism on the phone with Outsurance today.

He assisted me in getting car insurance setup for a temporary vehicle, I called in about 3 times today and no one was as willing to listen to the situation and actually assist like Marthinus was.

If management review these posts, Please give this guy a pat on the back and listen to the recording of his phone call on the 10th of April at about 14h00.

Throughout the call he kept it enjoyable to hear all the normal boring insurance policies and regulations, he kept the client engaged and entertained along the way by being himself. it was refreshing to feel like I was getting assisted by a friend. The call was long but at no point did it actually feel that way because everything he said was necessary and relevant.

It is purely due to his excellent customer service today that I will be looking to shift my personal car from a competitive insurer to the Outsurance group. (once my car is back from repairs).

Well done Marthinus, your service is appreciated & I hope you get to assist many kind people who keep your hard working spirit up!
