Going beyond her normal duties

I have and extra Out & About cover with Outsurance but this only covers me for an agreed per item amount. My Son accidently damaged his glasses and it would have cost much more than the Out & About cover. Neritha then suggested because I have a good account status she will try and increased the amount Outsurance will pay me to replay the Glasses. She just contacted me now and said I will be covered for the full aboumt. I have always had great services from Outsurance but this is exceptional. Well done Outsurance and Neritha.
