It was an incredibly traumatic experience for all of us, and to make matters more difficult, I was in the UK at the time without mobile roaming—so contacting Outsurance wasn’t easy. Although communication was sometimes tricky—his calls to me were automatically rejected through no fault of his—he remained patient, persistent, and understanding throughout the process. Despite the challenges, he ensured everything was handled smoothly, and I ultimately received excellent service and a positive outcome.
