I would like to commend *GENEVE WEITZ* from OUTsurance for the outstanding, professional, efficient manner in which she recently assisted me with on a claim. She was patient and cognisant of my disappointment and frustration with my incident and as such was very sympathetic. She worked through the claim efficaciously and didn't keep me on the line for a lengthy period of time. She went as far as following up with me the following day on a Friday evening to confirm that my query was being dealt with and claim had been submitted and by Monday my claim was paid out. NEVER have I received service of this calibre anywhere else! Genevieve displayed what it truly means to go the extra mile and deserves recognition for the pride she very clearly has in her work.
