Give Sthembiso a Bells Raise!

Thank you to Sthembiso from Retentions Department. My premium was increased and I called to dispute this. He assisted not only to decrease my premium but arranged to refund the amount increased on my premium. His previous colleague were not empathetic at all, the supervisor said I should call next year just before its increased again.
