Give Nito Radebe a raise, OUTsurance.

I had to cancel my car insurance. 20 minutes on the phone with Nito Radebe (it would have been quicker if I wasn't such a chatterbox) and it was done and dusted. He was friendly, informed, quick and made sure I was happy during the whole conversation. He made the entire process (dare I say it) fun. Ten out of ten, would recommend Nito.
