Geyser Problem

I had a geyser problem in 2018 and I contacted outsurance and the agent took my called listen to my problem and when I put the phone down got a call from the plumbers who sent out some to have a look at the geyser and he told me it bust and need to be replace. Within 3 hours later a new geyser was fitted and I paid access fee of R1000. Three years later my geyser packed up again and it was replaced with out me paying anything because it was under warranty. On 22 August 2024 my geyser was leaking water again called the insurance explained my problem and within a hour the plumbers was here to replace it. It was late already and a asked them to return the next day. Around 10 o'clock the morning they came had a look at the geyser and told me it needs to be replace and that the warranty expired and I had to pay an eccess amount of R1200.00.I immediately sent the insurance a message and the same person who took my previous calls spoke with me. This I admire greatly because I did not have to explain everything all over again. I told her I was unhappy to pay access seening that this is the 3rd g geyser within 5 years. So told me how the policy worked and said she will forward my concern to her manager. The geyser was installed and I paid over to the plumber the R1200. 00.On 26 August 2024 around 8 this morning I got a call from the same agent who told me that they would reimburse me half the access that I paid. To woke up and to get so good news and it's my birthday also today inspired me to write this message. I want to salute the agent who help me and who always called back to follow up on the geyser. And to Outsurance also for going to extra mile for me because I was about to cancel my contract with you. But through your dedicate staff member who went more than the extra to chance my mind I say thank you because nowadays with poor service that is the norm Outsurance once again proved me wrong and I spread the word amongst my friends and family of the good I great service I got.
