Getting it right

Vehicle broke down close to home and Outsurance came to the rescue.<br> Gregory at the call centre was efficient and arranged for the two truck to collect the vehicle.<br> The SMS's I received indicated the estimated waiting time - very reassuring and a great touch, guys!<br> <br> Gregory stayed on the phone with me when the tow truck arrived to ensure it was indeed the correct company and Temba was a star in getting us home safely.<br> Greatfull that Outsurance could hook me up with a skilled company as a particularly nasty sloped driveway had to be navigated at home and again Temba proved his worth.<br> <br>
