Get R400 if we cant beat your quote - Nonsense

I called yesterday to get a quote on Full comprehensive personal car insurance. Outsurance could not beat my quote they were R283.24 more then my insurance company. I then asked them about the R400 cash back if they cant beat my current insurance company, they then said they will forward it to a lady who deals with that and I will receive a link and a passcode. I received the smsed pass code but no link. I then had them call me again and turns out my email address was incorrect, I gave them the correct email address and still have not received anything. This must be a con as they don't seem to email the link you need to follow, technically speaking I would at this point say that this was false advertising.
