GET NOTHING OUT!!!
<p>I phoned in to cancel my life policy at Outsurance and the consultant namely James Canedy told me if i cancel my life policy wich i have for almost 3 years, i will GET NOTHING OUT! This is unfair and unecceptable and day light *******. If a person is not satisfy with a product and he invested lots of money in to it after years, they dont have a right to not pay back some money he invested in a product.! I want some money back or they will hear from my lawyers!</p>

I've tried to make contact to discuss your concerns but unfortunately I could not get through.
With regards to Life and Short term insurance it offers you a service for the months you paid your monthly premium. If you had to submit a valid claim we would have paid the claim. We respect your decision if you wish to change to a different service provider but we will not be able to give you a refund for the service you paid for.
