GET MY NAME OFF THE CREDIT BUREAUX

I was previously insured through Youii, an insurance company that rides on the back of Outsurance. I drew a credit report - I only pay my current insurance of R992 per month and DSTV of R699 but my exposure is up at nearly R5000 because Youi/Outsurance FAILED to notify the bureaux that I am no longer insured by them. This has a negative impact on my credit score. I have phoned and written to Outsurance without any acknowledgement or success. And nobody there has a telephone number. <br> <br> Details<br> am no longer insured by Youii (underwritten by Outsurance) yet details are still appearing on my credit profile.
