General service inquiry

<p>Marco Gernandt from outsurance called me today to go through a quotation for my household and 2 vehicles, I was amazed by the level of customer service and the pleasant manner he conducted himself in.</p> <p> </p> <p>If it wasn't for wanting to stick with my current insurer that gave me a better deal, I would've moved over to outsurance just because of his amazing attitude!</p> <p> </p> <p>Despite me not going with outsurance, he sent me such a lovely email update wishing me all the best. </p> <p> </p> <p>Outsurance, be very proud that you've got such an awesome person working for you! Very, very scarce in South Africa! His attitude was on an international level of customer service!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Marco! </p>
